Bonnet Mirror Press: The photo above was taken during the initial build stage of the tool. The inner mechanisms are exposed but have since been enclosed for operator safety. Using position sensors and pneumatically actuated cylinders a PLC controls every action of the press. The tool presses two mirrors and window glass onto a molded plastic chassis.
