Hundreds of pogo pins in a mass interconnect contact test points
on the test board. Test system excercises and tests
components, programs EEPROMs and Flash storage devices via
boundary scan testing and Jtag programming.
Diagnostics information is communicated to a PC, production
database, and is available for web viewing using sQL Server.
