High volume automated assembly process. Client required retrofit and re-wiring to accommodate a new inkjet product line and process to align inkjet wafer heads with pen bodies. Cycle time required several simultaneous vision system cameras for the alignment and inspection process, 3 coordinated linear motors and high precision encoders for placement with pick and place robotic transfer, and several adhesive UV curing stations.
